Get PokerHelm for Mac directly from our website, or get the Windows edition from Microsoft Store.

Your Mac download

After Stripe checkout, continue to the protected download page, download the installer, then drag PokerHelm into Applications. Download authorization lasts seven days; your licence does not expire. If you close the page, use another browser or need access again, email support from your purchase email address with your receipt. Never send card details, passwords or API keys. See the purchase and refund terms.

Tell us what happened

Include your PokerHelm version, macOS version, the steps you took, and what you expected. A screenshot can help—remove player names, contact details and other private information first.

Do not send API keys, passwords or a full tournament database. Describe a problem using sample players whenever possible.

Start a tournament

  1. Add your roster under Players.
  2. Create a tournament from Home and choose its blinds, starting stack and entry rules.
  3. Register players, add tables in Floor, and seat players automatically or manually.
  4. Start the clock. Use Dashboard for the tournament overview and the display view for the room.

Protect your tournament records

In Settings, open Export/Import/Backup and make a database backup before major changes. Store it somewhere you control. Restore accepts a selected backup and first creates a safety copy of the current data. Keep separate copies of any exports or backups you need.

The AI assistant is optional

Core tournament tools work offline without an API key. AI requires your own Anthropic API key, internet access and explicit permission to share chat and a tournament summary. Provider charges may apply. AI offers suggestions; it cannot change tournament records.

Choose Turn off AI in the chat to withdraw permission and clear local chat. This does not recall data already sent or delete a saved API key; manage keys separately in Settings. See the privacy notice.

Windows

PokerHelm is available from Microsoft Store. For support, include your app version and Windows version. Store billing and refund requests use Microsoft's applicable processes.
