Your direct Mac purchase

US$19.99 is a one-time purchase of PokerHelm version 1, not a subscription. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Stripe processes the payment; the installer is delivered through PokerHelm's protected Cloudflare download service.

A direct purchase grants one person or organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use version 1 on Apple-branded Macs that person or organization owns or controls. You may run tournaments commercially or otherwise. Do not redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense or share the paid installer with third parties. The software is licensed, not sold; OwnerState retains ownership of the application. Your tournament data remains yours.

Download and support

After checkout, continue to your download page. The download authorization lasts seven days; your version 1 licence does not expire. If you close the confirmation page, change browsers or need access again, email support@pokerhelm.com from your purchase email address with your receipt. Do not send your card details or passwords.

Direct customers can contact support for the current version 1 installer. A future major version may be a separate, optional paid upgrade. Optional AI requires your own provider API key and may incur separate provider charges; core tournament management does not require AI.

Direct-purchase refunds

Email support@pokerhelm.com from the purchase address within 14 days if PokerHelm does not launch on a supported Mac or materially fails to provide functionality advertised on this site. OwnerState will first try to resolve the problem and, if it cannot, will refund the direct purchase through Stripe.

Your statutory rights as a consumer apply and are not reduced by this page.

Microsoft Store purchases

The Windows edition is sold through Microsoft Store under its applicable purchase and licence terms. Store billing and refund requests use Microsoft's applicable processes. A direct Mac purchase does not include the Windows edition.

Your tournament

PokerHelm is an administration tool. It records tournament amounts but does not collect buy-ins, transfer prizes or operate wagering. Keep backups of important tournament records. See our privacy notice for local data and optional online services.
